We, at Sunnycourt, have built a truly unique double level home on a challenging Acacia Bay site. Our designer has achieved amazing outcomes capturing the lake views and natural sunlight. Our home has been built to the highest of specifications.
The formal lounge opening on to a deck with views flows through double doors into the sunny living/dining area enhanced by large picture windows and skylights. An entertainers dream kitchen, accentuated with stone bench tops, quality iridium appliances and subtle lighting opens onto a second sheltered sunny deck.
The home also comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms and several other living/garage/storage areas. Colour coordination is soft and neutral with extensive use of tiles throughout, wallpaper is a feature along with quality lighting. Security, technology and many other systems have been installed to meet today’s busy lifestyle requirements.
Heating has been a priority using an in-floor, controlled zone system, giving luxurious warmth throughout.
Plastered Rockcote Ecopanel, with excellent acoustic and thermal qualities, coupled with Linea Board give a contemporary exterior appearance.
We are very proud of the overall effect this modern home creates, capturing the natural ambience, quality and diversity we set out to achieve. Landscaping has been cleverly designed to be low maintenance and to blend into the surrounding established environment.
We at Sunnycourt Homes are Registered Master Builders and licensed building practioners, we have been assessed on our building experience, professional qualifications and practical management experience. Our workmanship has been inspected and previous clients contacted to ensure our work is of the highest standard.
Only a Registered Master Builder can provide a Master Build Guarantee, valid for 10 years.
