The project management process includes; engagement of contractors, a comprehensive quotation with registered Master Builder guarantees. 

We can give assistance with product selection and colour schemes as required. We manage all day to day aspects of the build process and liaising with statutory authorities. 

We ensure that all aspects of the project meet the current building codes and health and safety requirements.

Sunnycourt Homes uses the latest Master Build contract documents which provide comprehensive post completion guarantees.

Our contracts can include full landscaping if required. Our professional approach ensures that the overall building process is the enjoyable satisfying experience that it should be.
